EVERBOUGH — PRIVACY POLICY

INTRODUCTION

Everbough is a free, offline scripture study application, designed so that all study activity remains on the user's device. This Privacy Policy describes, in clear terms, the nature of that commitment and the manner in which it is upheld.

OVERVIEW

Everbough collects no information of any kind. The application provides no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no integration with third-party services. It operates entirely offline and is granted no permission to access the internet on Android. No activity conducted within the application is uploaded, synchronized, or transmitted to the developer or to any other party, except where the user expressly chooses to send a message from the application using the user's own mail or messaging application.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect nothing. Everbough operates no servers and has no means by which to receive user data.

All content created within the application, including highlights, notes, bookmarks, collections, reading position, and settings, is stored exclusively in a local database on the user's own device. This information never leaves the device, is never uploaded, and is not backed up to any cloud service by the application.

SHARING AND CONTENT-CORRECTION REPORTS

A note that the user elects to share, or a content-correction report that the user chooses to submit, leaves the application only when the user expressly initiates that action, and only through the mail or messaging application that the user selects. From that point onward, the chosen application transmits the message subject to its own terms and policies.

Content-correction reports are addressed to keepmio24@gmail.com, enabling the Everbough Team to review and remedy errors in scripture text in a future update. Such a report contains only the information that the user chooses to provide, typically a scripture reference, the text as displayed, and the user's suggested correction. Everbough operates no servers; accordingly, no information passes through the Everbough team automatically.

NO ACCOUNTS, ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, OR THIRD PARTIES

The application provides no sign-in facility and no user accounts, no advertising, no tracking identifiers, and no embedded third-party software development kits (SDKs) or services capable of collecting or transmitting user information.

OFFLINE OPERATION

All scripture texts are included within the application and reside on the user's device. The application functions entirely offline. On Android, it declares no internet permission whatsoever.

CHILDREN

Everbough is suitable for users of all ages. Because the application collects no personal information from any user, it likewise collects no information from children.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The Privacy Policy may be revised at any time; the revision will be stated clearly both within this document and within the application's "About & Sources → Privacy" screen, before taking effect.
