M&J Balloons – Rental Policy

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date

• Rentals are for 24 hours unless otherwise agreed

• Client is responsible for all rental items until returned

• Damaged, lost, or late items will be charged accordingly

• Outdoor rentals are at client’s risk (weather damage not covered)

• Security deposits are returned after item inspection

Booking confirms acceptance of this policy.

BACKDROPS

• Rental: $40–$150

• Includes stand + panel

• Damage fee: up to full replacement cost

MARQUEE NUMBERS / LETTERS

• Rental: $45 per letter/number

• No climbing, leaning, or moving once placed

• Bulb replacement: $5 each

BALLOON FRAMES / ARCH STANDS

• Stand rental only (balloons not included unless stated)

• Must be returned clean and undamaged

• Missing hardware = replacement fee

LATE RETURN FEES

• $10 per hour late

• Full day late = additional rental charge
