When we deliver your rental, we’ll arrive at the location you provided (please note—you’ll need to be there when we arrive). We’ll review the rental agreement and go over the general safety rules with you in person. Then, we’ll handle the full setup of the equipment and do a quick walk-through to point out key safety features. After your event wraps up, we’ll return to pick everything up. Keep in mind—setup and pickup times may vary.

Yes! We love setting up at parks, but keep in mind that most parks do not have electrical outlets. If your event is at a park, you’ll need to rent a generator, which we offer at an affordable rate. Also, parks operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend securing your spot early in the day.
