Kindergarten Sports Day PA System Setup

This setup was deployed for a Kindergarten Sports Day at Tiara Sports Club, Johor Bahru on 19 September 2026, supporting a three-hour programme attended by fewer than 100 participants.

The production featured a basic PA system with two PA speakers and two wireless microphones, providing audio coverage for announcements, programme activities and music playback throughout the Sports Day. An audio mixer and laptop/BGM connection were also integrated into the setup.

A technical crew member remained on standby throughout the event, handling system setup and testing, audio level monitoring, wireless microphone monitoring and playback support to maintain smooth audio operation during the programme.

This configuration serves as a reference setup for the Basic PA System Package, suitable for kindergarten sports days, school activities and small-scale programmes requiring clear announcements, wireless microphones and background music support.

Outdoor AGM Audio Visual & Google Meet Setup

This setup was deployed for an outdoor AGM Meeting at Hijayu 2, Bandar Sri Sendayan on 12 September 2026, supporting a five-hour meeting attended by approximately 100–300 participants.

The production combined a PA System with three 55-inch LED TVs, allowing meeting content to be distributed across multiple displays while providing audio coverage and wireless microphones for participants throughout the AGM.

A Google Meet two-way communication setup was also integrated, enabling remote participants to communicate with the physical meeting through live video and two-way audio. The system was monitored throughout the event to manage the online connection and audio communication between both sides.

This configuration serves as a reference setup for the AGM Audio Visual & Hybrid Meeting Package, suitable for meetings requiring PA, multiple displays and remote participation within a single event setup.

Plasma Ball Launching Gimmick

This setup was deployed for She Leads. She Defends. (Law & AI Event) at Sheraton Puchong on 5 September 2026, supporting a corporate launching moment for an event attended by approximately 100–300 guests.

A 16-inch Plasma Ball was used as the centrepiece of the launching gimmick, creating an interactive activation where the launch moment was triggered through physical interaction with the Plasma Ball. The setup was complemented by a smoke effect to enhance the visual impact of the activation.

CHROME managed the setup, testing, launching cue and technical coordination, with on-site execution support provided for the actual launch sequence.

PA System for Patriotic Singing Competition

This setup was deployed for the Pertandingan Lagu Patriotik Sempena Semarak Merdeka 2026 at Pekan Rabu Kluang, Johor on 29 August 2026, supporting the audio requirements for the patriotic singing competition.

The PA system was configured to support both audience sound coverage and performer monitoring, with wireless microphones provided for the competition and an audio input for music playback from external devices.

The event was supported by an On-Site Soundman, managing the audio system throughout the programme and ensuring the sound requirements for the competition were handled during the event.

This configuration serves as a reference setup for a Standard PA System Package with On-Site Soundman, suitable for singing competitions, community programmes and small-scale stage events requiring both playback and live microphone support.

3-Day PA System Rental

This setup was deployed for the MuMu Market – Qixi Festival Market at Eco Galleria, Iskandar, Johor, from 21–23 August 2026, supporting the event throughout its three-day operation from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily.

The PA system was configured primarily for background music and general announcements, providing the organiser with a straightforward audio solution suitable for the market environment throughout the event.

The setup included two full-range speakers, two wireless microphones and an audio mixer, together with the necessary audio connection for continuous BGM playback. System setup and sound check were completed as part of the deployment.

This configuration serves as the reference setup for the 3-Day PA System Rental Package, designed for events requiring BGM and general announcement support across multiple event days.

3D Hologram Launching Gimmick

This setup was deployed for the Tamil Thiruvizha event at PWTC, Kuala Lumpur on 16 August 2026, supporting a launching moment for an event with an expected attendance of more than 1,000 guests.

A 1-metre 3D Hologram Display was used as the centrepiece of the launching sequence, with custom launching media produced specifically for the event. The visual sequence incorporated 3D animation, music and sound effects to create a coordinated reveal within the hologram display.

CHROME managed the preparation and execution of the launching sequence, including media programming, playback preparation, system testing and launching cue preparation. The on-site execution was supported by a Show Operator and Technical Assistant for the actual launch.

This configuration serves as the reference setup for the 3D Hologram Launching Gimmick Package, combining the physical hologram system with customised visual content and on-site launching execution.

MCP 2-Camera Live Feed Production

This setup was deployed for a two-day live event at Encore Melaka on 25–26 July 2026, supporting live camera coverage throughout the programme.

The 2-camera configuration provided multiple viewing angles of the stage and performers, with real-time vision switching for the venue’s main screen. Wireless video transmission was utilised to provide greater flexibility in camera positioning while maintaining continuous live feed coverage.

The production was supported by a dedicated Vision Switcher and two Camera Operators, with the technical team managing camera feeds, signal routing and live screen integration throughout the event.

This configuration serves as the reference setup for the MCP 2-Camera Live Feed Production Package.

The DPEM Skill Contest 2026 was held on 21 June 2026 at the Training Center, Daihatsu Perodua Engine Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., involving approximately 100–300 participants in a semi-outdoor covered environment.

CHROME supported the opening ceremony with a 3D Hologram Launching System, featuring customised DPEM visual content and animation as the main launching element. The hologram presentation was coordinated with sound effects, music playback, smoke and confetti effects to create a synchronized opening sequence.

A dedicated PA system supported the ceremony for speeches, announcements, background music and launching cues, with technical operation managed throughout the programme.

The setup was designed specifically for the venue's semi-outdoor environment, combining visual presentation, audio and special effects into a coordinated corporate launching experience.

The MHS Asia Corporate Apps Launching was held on 25 April 2026 at Eden Mill, Sunway Damansara, with approximately 300 guests attending the corporate launch event.

CHROME supported the official launching moment using a 3D Hologram Launching System as the main visual activation. The hologram presentation was synchronized with smoke and dual Cold Pyro (Sparkular) effects, creating a coordinated visual climax during the official app launch.

A centralized show control system coordinated the 3D hologram sequence, smoke output and Cold Pyro firing, allowing each element to follow the planned launching cue and timing.

The launching sequence was operated by a dedicated Show Operator and Technical Assistant, covering system setup, testing, synchronization and technical execution throughout the official launching session.

The International Design Forum 2026 featured a student fashion and design presentation in an indoor auditorium environment, combining stage presentations with runway-style showcase activities.

CHROME supported the event with a dedicated Fashion Show Lighting System, using 8 LED Parcan lights positioned around the presentation area to provide stage wash, runway illumination and colour ambience throughout the programme.

The lighting system was controlled through DMX programming, allowing different lighting scenes to be prepared for the presentation and fashion showcase segments. A smoke effect was also incorporated to enhance selected lighting sequences and provide greater visual depth during the show.

The production included complete equipment setup, lighting positioning, programming, rehearsal support and on-site operation by a dedicated Lighting Programmer / Operator, with the lighting configuration adapted to the existing auditorium layout and runway presentation area.

The Majlis Berbuka Puasa was held on 8 March 2026 at IPD Skudai, Johor, with CHROME providing a dedicated lighting system to support the event's stage and overall ambience.

The setup utilised 8 LED Parcan lights positioned around the event area to provide stage wash and RGB ambient lighting. Different colour scenes were programmed through a DMX control system, allowing the lighting atmosphere to be adjusted according to the programme and activities throughout the evening.

A smoke machine was incorporated for selected segments to enhance the visibility and depth of the lighting effects, particularly during stage and performance sequences.

The lighting production included equipment setup, positioning, DMX programming and live operation by a dedicated Lighting Programmer, providing coordinated lighting support throughout the event.
