What is the medical staffing fee for an event?

Event Medical charges an hourly rate which is per medical professional.

What is the transaction fee for event operators?

Event Medical does not charge Event Operators any staffing transaction fee on the hours an AT, EMT, or RN works. By comparison, traditional per diem Sports Medical and Athletic Trainer staffing companies charge a transaction fee between 10 - 15%. They also may markup what they pay ATs or other sports med staffers by 25 - 100%. So, for example, while you may be paying an AT staffing company $50 an hour for an Athletic Trainer, the AT may only be getting about $25 an hour.

Are there any membership fees that I am locked in to?

There are no membership fees. You can book staffing through us for one event, or multiple events at a time.

How much notice is needed to book Event Medical Services LLC?

It depends on the season. We tend to be most busy during the AAU basketball season. However, if you give us 24 hours or more notice, we will make every effort to accomodate your request!
