Event-related data: event names, dates, locations, descriptions, categories, and assigned users.
Lead data: contact names, companies, phone numbers, email addresses, designations, notes, follow-ups, communications, and business card images when you create or manage leads.
Attendance data: check-in/check-out and related attendance records.
Expenses: expense descriptions, amounts, categories, and receipts.
Tasks: task titles, descriptions, due dates, and status.
Chat and communications: messages, attachments, and communication logs within the App.

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

Please clearly state that you wish to delete your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your data.
Once your deletion request is verified and processed, we will remove or anonymize your personal data from our active systems, including your:

attendance records
expenses
tasks
chat history
reports
uploaded files associated with your account
After deletion, you will no longer be able to sign in or access the App with that account.
We may retain certain information where required or permitted by law—for example, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., anonymized or aggregated analytics).
Any such retention will be limited to what is necessary and will be handled in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days) from the date of verification.
You will receive confirmation once the deletion has been completed, subject to any legal retention requirements.
