Significant specification changes to Sky Wars

Up until now, Sky Wars had created a system where items would come out when you dug stone bricks, but it was too similar to a special server, so I changed it to Lucky Block's Sky Wars.

Other fixes

• Lobby - Fixed an issue where the wither head could not be purchased

• server - Raised cpu to 200%
