Early Check-In Requests
If you’d like to check in early, message us to see if we can accommodate. We do our best when the schedule allows.
Check-out Procedure
Please check out by 11:00 am EST, unless previously arranged.
Before You Leave
Used towels: Place all used towels in the bathtub or leave them in a pile in the bathroom.
Bedding: No need to strip the beds.
Trash: Please take out all trash to the outside bin next to the house.
Dishes: Run the dishwasher if you have used dishes (no need to unload).
Laundry: No need to start laundry, but feel free to toss used pool towels in the hamper if convenient.
Pool fob: Please return the pool fob to the kitchen cabinet next to the fridge.
Oven and Stove: Please double check they are turned off
Thermostat: Set to Cold 76 / Heat 68
TV: Sign out of all accounts
Lock Up
Double-check that you haven’t left anything behind.
Close all windows and lock any doors.
Lock the front door by pressing the lock button.
Final Step

Welcome to your home away from home! Here are a few helpful things to know during your stay:
Thermostat
There are two thermostats: one upstairs and one downstairs. Please adjust as needed, but kindly avoid setting it too low or too high to maintain energy efficiency.
Pool Access
You have access to The Founders Pool, located just a block away behind the house.
Use the key fob, located in the kitchen cabinet next to the fridge, for entry.
Please return the fob after use.
Trash & Recycling
The trash can is located next to the house.
Pickup day is Thursday – please bring the trash can to the curb the night before or early that morning.
Recycling is not separated in this area; all waste goes in the same bin unless noted otherwise.
Emergency Contact
In case of emergency, dial 911.

Extra linens, blankets, and a vacuum can also be found in the closets.
