This multimedia project surrounds the idea of looking at the limitations of artificial intelligence and technology, and focusing on the abilities and creativity of humans. I thought about how AI uses artists' work and ideas with no acknowledgment or credit, so I wanted to reverse this and use work from technology and make my own art from it. 

I decided to crochet a CAPTCHA test, a Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart. By crocheting a CAPTCHA test, which AI has no ability to do, I am proving that I am human and have these abilities and my own ideas.

To accompany this crochet piece, I made a short video to further explain my concept development. I made a script which was spoken by an AI voiceover and included media such as stop motion and videos of me crocheting the piece.
