This web map is a 546,500 row feature class of county parcel data. I get no warning messages when I upload my data and after it is published AGOL cannot fully load my data and i have to open the web map in the Beta Viewer. The file size is around/slightly less than 800 MB.

I would take a subset of your parcels in your "busiest" area and perform a series of simplifications on them at different tolerance levels and review the results side by side. See how much generalization you think you and your users will notice/tolerate, and what filesizes you get with each level.

About a week ago, for some reason all my "online only" files in my dropbox computer app suddenly changed the file sizes from the actual sizes to "zero KB"... I have two different Mac computers running OS High Sierra, and it happened to both of them at about the same time. At my job I also have access to three other Macs, but they all still show the actual file sizes for "online only" files... so what is up with this "zero KB" on the two Macs that I use??? It makes it hard to work with online only files when I have no clue how large they are... online chat was unable to help me.

Step 3: Complete the online application form, accept the Terms & Conditions, enter your billing and payment information, and review and submit your application to reserve your PO Box.

Step 1: Optional Time-Saving Tip: If you have a printer, download PS Form 1093, Application for Post Office Box Service, fill it out, then print it out (note: if you apply for a PO Box online, this form is automatically generated). Bring the completed form with you to the Post Office.

You have a few options: You can choose another box size, find a box at a different location, or request to be added to the wait list (online or at a Post Office). If you request to be added to the wait list, your name will be placed on a list for that box size at the location you requested. We'll contact you via an email or phone call when the box becomes available. You'll then have 2 days to reserve the box before it goes to the next person on the wait list.

You can close a PO Box by going to Manage PO Box, signing in to your account, and clicking the Close/Request Refund link next to the box. You can also request a PO Box be closed by informing the clerk at the Post Office where your box is located. Once a box is closed, be sure to submit a Change of Address (COA) form. Depending on where you close your box, the form will be provided online on your close/refund confirmation page or by the clerk at the Post Office. Your mail can be forwarded to your new address for up to one year.

Bonus: Maximize your PO Box experience with the free Informed Delivery feature for eligible personal and business accounts. Preview incoming letter-sized mail, track packages, and manage deliveries on the go.

The extra-large PO Box is ideal for a small business owner who frequently receives multiple packages and mail of varying sizes.

This is also a great size option for a household that receives lots of packages from online merchants.

I play on a 4k tv with a window size of 3840x2160. I am up there in years and as such my eye sight is not as good as it once was. I have seen it done in other game and I know you have a setting for text size so I am hopping you can add a setting for the size of the pointer. The pointer size at these setting is way to small and blends in with a lot of the background and when moving around the screen can be lost very easy. When trying to make quick actions choses it is hard when you have to keep stopping to finds the pointer. Is there any way a setting can be added to increase the size of the pointer to make it easier to see? A gm said to put it in here in the hope that the developers will see it and can help. I hope I put it in the right place.

The size of the pointer seams to be dependent on the resolution on windows desktop rather then the in game resolution. If I set the desktop resolution to 1080p I get a reasonably sized pointer in game with the in game resolution set to a mighty 8K in my case. Hope this might help.

We're currently in the process of migrating users from Exchange 2016 to Exchange Online. I find this absurd, but for on-premises mailboxes, we're limiting mailbox sizes to 2GB. With Exchange Online migration, we have E3 licenses, which set the default mailbox size to 100GB. A decision has been made (not by IT) to reduce the Exchange Online mailbox sizes to 2GB for all users. The rationale I've been given is that if the mailbox size remains at 100GB, users might treat their mailboxes as document repositories instead of using SharePoint or other appropriate platforms for storing important documents.

I'm curious if other companies have similar policies, or if ours is a special case. Most users resort to using offline .pst files to cope with these small size limits, which seems to defeat the purpose of the small mailbox size policy and inconveniences users and helpdesk for no clear reason.

I haven't tested this yet, it seems like this command will reduce the mailbox size for all existing mailboxes. However, I'm uncertain about new user mailboxes. After running this command, will the mailbox size for new users be 100GB or 2GB?

The potential of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) as nucleic acid delivery vehicles has been demonstrated in recent years, culminating in the emergency use approval of LNP-based mRNA SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in late 2020. The determination of RNA content relative to LNP size can be important to the understanding of efficacy and adverse effects. This work presents the first description of a facile and rapid analytical method for online, size-dependent RNA payload distribution measurement using data from multi-angle light scattering, ultraviolet and refractive index detectors following separation of the LNPs by size-exclusion chromatography. The analysis was validated by size-based fractionation of the LNPs with subsequent offline analysis of the fractions. Four LNPs formulated with different PEG-lipids and different lipid compositions were tested. Good agreement was observed between the online and offline size-based RNA distributions among all four LNPs, demonstrating the utility of the online method for LNP-encapsulated RNA in general, and suggesting a means for simplified biophysical quantitation of a dosing-related critical quality attribute.

Photos from modern cellphones and cameras usually have over 6 million pixels, while most cellphones, tablets, notebook or TV screens have only about 1.5 million pixels, which means you end up seeing a resized version of the image (you only use the full image if you print it). So if you resize your image, decreasing its width and height to a half, your image would have about the same number of pixels as the screens that will display it, and you wouldn't be losing any quality or detail, even looking at your image in full screen mode.

@ganeshsanap Is it only the web viewer that will no longer work once the Excel file reaches the 100MB size limit. For example, can users of the shared file still open it from their OneDrive/Sharepoint link (even though they may not being to edit it in the web view) and then select Edit in Desktop App to edit the file?

TinyPNG reduces file sizes by up to 80% without sacrificing quality, leading to faster page loads. This optimization is essential for keeping user attention and ensuring an enjoyable user experience. Additionally, it minimizes bandwidth usage, making your website more efficient and cost-effective.

WebP, a web image file format created by Google, is supported by major browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera. This format excels in achieving reduced file sizes while maintaining optimal image quality. Consequently, WebP images are smaller in size compared to PNG and JPEG counterparts, contributing to faster website loading times. This is particularly beneficial for your users, ensuring swift page load times and minimizing bandwidth costs, especially for mobile users.

TinyPNG uses smart lossy compression techniques to reduce the file size of your WEBP, JPEG and PNG files. By selectively decreasing the number of colors in the image, fewer bytes are required to store the data. The effect is nearly invisible but it makes a very large difference in file size! 2351a5e196
