1:1 Online Counselling
I offer individual counselling sessions via secure video (Zoom or similar), tailored to your unique needs. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and take place weekly or fortnightly.

Couples Counselling
Relationships can be both rewarding and challenging. Couples counselling provides a structured, supportive environment to explore your concerns and reconnect as a team.
I work with couples on issues such as:
Communication difficulties
Trust and infidelity
Conflict resolution
Life changes (parenthood, relocation, etc.)
Emotional distance or disconnection
Sessions are 60 minutes and designed to support both partners equally.

Support for Students
Being a student can come with unique pressures—academic stress, financial worries, identity exploration, and life transitions.
I offer reduced rates to support students who may not otherwise be able to access therapy.
