House Rules

Unregistered / Unaccounted Guests are strictly prohibited for stay / accommodation.

To Save Energy, please ensure to promptly turn off switches for electronics and equipment after use, or when not in use, especially when leaving the apartment or checking out. This includes geysers, air conditioners, lights, and fans.

Please dispose food waste and diapers separately. Segregate food and other waste while placing them in the trash can using the garbage bags provided. Any excess waste can be packed and placed in the Kitchen for disposal during our house-keeping service.

No Party or Event or Celebration is permissible with additional guests.

Do Not Smoke Inside - Use Balconies instead.

Any damage to the property will be thoroughly investigated and penalties will be imposed.

Please take care of Evara's furnishings and do not rearrange them.

Kindly ensure the Remote Controls (AC & TV) are not misplaced.

Our Hospitality service to change the linens and clean Evara is performed daily. You may also request the same hospitality service on-demand for a premium of ₹500.

Please wash your own dishes and utensils after use for reuse. Used items can be left at the sink or in the kitchen to be washed during apartment service or hospitality.

Don’t eat or drink in the bed to avoid damage or stains to the linens. 

As Evara Apartment is fully air-conditioned, kindly ensure all windows remain closed. Promptly closing windows after use will prevent flies and insects from entering. All balcony windows are sliding with a central lock.

Occasionally, strong winds outside may cause damage to the curtains when opening the balcony windows. Please exercise caution when opening the windows or securely tie the curtains at each corner to prevent them from being dislodged or damaged while accessing the balconies.

Parents are responsible for keeping children away from balconies and preventing them from causing any damage, such as scribbling on walls.

Please place footwear outside in the shoe rack.

TV has premium access to all major OTT platforms including Netflix, Prime, YouTube, Sony, Zee5. Kindly do not change any configuration, profile settings, or settings in TV or Apps or Soundbar.

Water bottles are provided for filling drinking water from the purifier in the kitchen.

Stove in the kitchen is auto-ignition type. Simply turn the knob to light the burner. Please ensure the stove is turned off after each use.

We offer an external express laundry service at ₹150 per kilogram of clothes (washing + ironing), with same-day or next-morning delivery. Please contact the host to arrange this service.
