A quick update directed to vendors before the event.
Hello Vendors,
We are officially less than one week away from the 7th Annual Evansville Juneteenth Community Celebration, and we are excited to celebrate with you!
As we approach event day, we encourage all vendors to begin promoting both your business and the event to help maximize attendance and create a successful experience for everyone. When posting on social media, please tag the Evansville Cultural Experience Facebook page and the official event page so we can share and help promote your business as well.

Bayard Park – Evansville, Indiana
Event Hours: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Please plan to arrive early to allow adequate time for setup before the event begins.
Vendor Reminders
• Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, extension cords, generators, and any other equipment needed for their setup.
• Electricity will not be provided.
• Food vendors must have all required permits, licenses, and sanitation stations in place.
• Health inspectors may be present during the event.
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean throughout the event and upon departure. Please bring trash bags and any cleaning supplies you may need.
• Please be respectful of neighboring vendors and keep walkways clear for attendees.
• You are welcome to remain for the duration of the event or as long as your schedule permits.
Weather Information
This event is rain or shine. Summer weather in Indiana can be unpredictable, and brief scattered showers are common. Unless severe weather conditions create a safety concern, the event will continue as scheduled. We encourage vendors to plan accordingly by securing tents, bringing weights, and preparing for changing weather conditions.
Check-In Information
Upon arrival, all vendors must check in with the Juneteenth Committee before setting up.
The vendor check-in station will be located at the park entrance across from the library.
Additional event information, including vendor placement and any final updates, will be provided at check-in.
Thank you for being a part of this year's celebration. We look forward to a day filled with culture, community, education, entertainment, and support for local businesses. Your participation helps make this event possible.
See you at Bayard Park!
