Rates

May though September:

• There is a 1 week minimum stay.
• The weekly Friday-to-Friday rate is $1,250
• ***The third week of July, which is during Faster Horses Music Festival, has an increased rate of $1,750**

October through April:

• There is a 2-night minimum stay of $150 per night, or a discounted weekly rate of $800.

Other Notes:

• **There is an additional $100 dollar cleaning fee. This is not included in the rental amounts listed above**
• A $500 refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and is due when you return your signed contract.
• Payment in full is due two weeks prior to occupancy.

Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation needs to be made, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

• 100% if canceled 60 days or more prior to check in
• 50% if canceled 59-30 days prior to check in.
• No refund of deposit if canceled less than 30 days prior to check in.
