SEGA Golf Charity INC. built Evania: AI Character Chat as an Ad Supported app. This service is provided by SEGA Golf Charity INC. at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page informs visitors about the policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when using the service.
Registration is not required to use the App, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other personally identifiable information (PII) to start chatting.
Chat messages. To generate replies from AI characters, the messages you send are transmitted securely to our servers and to third-party AI service providers for processing. Messages are processed only to generate responses, keep conversations safe, and improve service reliability. We do not sell your messages, and we do not use them to identify you personally.
Data stored on your device. Your chat history, favorite characters, custom characters (such as name, personality description, and avatar), and app settings are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data permanently deletes this information.
Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial details, government ID numbers, health information, or your precise address) in your conversations.

All character replies in the App are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. AI characters are fictional and are not real people. AI responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected and do not reflect the views of SEGA Golf Charity INC.
You can report any offensive or inappropriate AI-generated message directly in the App using the Report option. Reported content may be reviewed to improve our safety filters.
Evania: AI Character Chat requires certain permissions on your device to function properly. These permissions include:

The internet permission is required to send your messages and receive AI replies. The notification permission is used only for optional reminders and updates, which you can turn off at any time in your device settings. The billing permission is used only for optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads.
When an error occurs in the App, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.
The App does not use cookies directly. However, it may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies and advertising identifiers to collect information and improve their services, including showing personalized ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
Messages sent for AI processing are kept on our servers only for as long as needed to generate responses, maintain safety, and troubleshoot issues, and are then deleted. You can delete your local chat history at any time within the App. To request deletion of any data associated with your device, contact us at the email below.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, provide the service on our behalf, perform service-related tasks, or assist us in analyzing how our service is used. These third parties may access your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We value your trust and use commercially acceptable means to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The App may contain links to other sites, including through advertisements. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, and we strongly advise you to review their privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Evania: AI Character Chat is intended only for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has used the App and provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit users from creating, requesting, or distributing content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Characters may not be depicted or role-played as minors in any romantic or sexual context. Accounts or devices found violating this policy may be blocked, and violations will be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.
We prohibit other content that is harmful or inappropriate for our users, per the Inappropriate Content policy.
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. It is recommended to review this policy periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any updates by posting the new privacy policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately upon posting.
