Welcome! My name is Michelle Borckardt, and I am a Ph.D. student at Concordia University - Wisconsin.
I have extensive nonprofit and public administration experience. One of my passions is helping local organizations improve and better serve their communities.
Early in my career, I was asked to lead an outcomes evaluation project at a local nonprofit and had no idea what I was doing. It was a lot of work and felt overwhelming, but thankfully, I had a fantastic support team around me that helped me learn and find success.
Flash forward to now, I am working in data and evaluation as my full-time job, and I love it! I would not trade this for anything. One of my passions is helping busy professionals learn from data, even those who might feel like data is scary. The biggest compliment I received was, "You make data fun!"
