• Aug 2025: I will be at the EURASIP Seasonal SatNEx School 2025.

• Aug 2025: New Springer Nature  Journal on Mobile Networks and Applications Special Issue (SI) on “Artificial Intelligence for Integrated Terrestrial and Non-Terrestrial Networks”.  Submission deadline 01-Aug-2025.

• May 2025: I am organizing the special session on "Machine Learning Techniques for NTN", and giving a tutorial at IEEE ICMLCN 2025, Barcelona, Spain. 

• Mar 2025: I am  "Wireless, Optical and Satellite Networks (WOS)" track chair at EUCNC - 6G Summit 2025, and member of the best student paper award committee.

• Mar 2025: New Nature npj Wireless Technology Special Issue (SI) on “Non-Terrestrial Networks in the 6G Era”.  Submission deadline 30-Sep-2025.

• Feb 2025: I am founding member of a new Special Interest Group (SIG) in IEEE Communications Society on AI-Driven Integration of Terrestrial and Non-Terrestrial Networks

• Jan 2025: I will give a webinar entitled "Global Connectivity via Satellite Communications: Space Radio Resource Management" to the EURASIP community.

• Dec 2024: In 2025,  I will be starting a 3-year term as member of the EURASIP Board of Directors (BoD)

• Dec 2024: I am TPC chair of the ICC Workshop on "AI-Driven Integration of Terrestrial and Non-Terrestrial Networks" (deadline paper submission 20-Jan-2025)

• Nov 2024: The project "SHIELD - Reliable Distributed Learning and Smart Contract assisted Digital Ecosystems" selected for funding by the CHIST-ERA call (topic: Smart Contracts for Digital Transformation Ecosystems)   

• Oct 2024: Our FNR CORE project "VARRAY-5G: Vehicular Phase Array Antennas for 5G " has been selected for funding. The VARRAY5G project aims to revolutionize vehicular communications with the development of a low-cost phased array antenna.

• Oct. 2024: I am attending the ARTES Final Presentation Days in ESA-ECSAT, Oxfordshire, UK.  Besides presenting 3 ARTES projects coordinated by Univ. Luxembourg, I will be part of the Industry Panel below:

• Sept. 2024: I am Publication Chair of the IEEE International Conference on Machine Learning for Communication and Networking (ICMLCN), 2025 in Barcelona.

• Sept. 2024: I am a Guest Editor at the special issue of EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking on "Satellite Communications for 6G" 

• June 2024: I am a Guest Editor at the IEEE Communications Standards Magazine's upcoming special issue (SI) on "Integrated Terrestrial and Non-Terrestrial Networks" 

• June 2024: New Neuromorphic Hardware has arrived to our premises, ready for testing AI-based models.

• Mar 2024: I am listed in “100 Brilliant and Inspiring Women in 6G” list for the year 2024 

• Nov. 2023: Annual IPBG Instruct Workshop in SES
