Counters are opened gradually from 05:00 daily, please check your check-in island at the airport. All flights are closed punctually 60 minutes before flight departure.

Taoyuan International Airport MRT - Taipei Main Station(A1)

  • Service Hours: 06:00-21:30 Daily(from 2020/02/10 ,only self-service is available at A1 station. For check-in counter service, please proceed to Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2 and contact EVA staff.)

  • Check-in for all EVA/UNI flights departing from Taoyuan International Airport will be closed punctually 2 hours before flight departure that day. Baggage drop will be closed 3 hours before flight departure. Flights departing to Canada are not available at A1 station.

  • Provide Self Check-in Baggage Drop.

  • Unaccompanied Minors aged under 12 years, Group Passengers, Wheelchair Passengers, Passengers who need special assistance, Travel with Pets, Travel with oversize baggage{The sum of the three dimensions of each piece exceeds 158cm(62in) or longest dimension exceeds 70cm(27in)} are not accepted at A1 station.

  • For the relevant specifications of Self Check-in Baggage Drop, please refer to the information listed in the Check-in Service page. See Self Service Baggage Drop.

  • No Ticketing and Cashier Counters.

  • For security reason, all checked baggages that already pass through safety inspection are not allowed for returning at A1 station. If passenger wants to get baggage back, please proceed to Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2 and contact EVA staff.

Taoyuan International Airport MRT - New Taipei Industrial Park Station (A3)

  • Service Hours : 09: 00-16: 00 Daily

  • Check-in for all EVA/UNI flights departing from Taoyuan International Airport will be closed punctually 2 hours before flight departure that day. Baggage check-in will be closed 3 hours before flight departure. Flights departing to Canada are not available at A3 station.

  • Provide Check-in Counters(Self Service Baggage Drop is still under construction).

Transfer


Dear customer,

If you intend to transfer within TPE airport on the same day, please be informed of the following guidelines

  • Passenger holding boarding pass for the connecting flight: Please follow the transfer/transit direction, pass through the transfer security check and proceed to depart level (3F).

  • Passenger NOT holding boarding pass for the connecting flight: Please contact EVA Transfer Counter for boarding pass issuance, then pass through the transfer security check and proceed to departure level (3F).

If you intend to transfer within TPE airport for overnight, please be informed of the following guidelines

  • If you don't have valid VISA to enter R.O.C. Taiwan, please contact EVA Transfer Counter for transfer security check formalities before proceed to departure level (3F). (Transfer Security Check service will cease operation during 24:00~05:00)

  • If you are eligible to enter R.O.C. Taiwan, please contact EVA Transfer Counter for verification prior to arrival immigration.

Notice

  • You don't have to pick up your check-in baggage.

  • You might have to pay airport tax if enter R.O.C. Taiwan.

  • Please double-check the boarding gate via public flight information screen and arrive the boarding gate 30 minutes before departure time.

  • Rest Areas are available in the departure level for your convenience.
