This questionnaire forms part of the EU‑wide study “Digitalisation in the Social Economy”, commissioned by Eurofound and carried out by KPMG. Completing the questionnaire takes approximately 20 minutes. 

Data collected through this questionnaire will be treated confidentially and analysed only in aggregated form. No personal data will be collected. The questionnaire requests the name of the organisation only, and all findings will be reported at aggregate level.
