Scholarships

We are pleased to offer a number of scholarships for attendees from low and middle income countries. Further details are given here - please note the deadline is earlier than the registration deadlines given below.

Virtual registration

Fee: €80

Deadline: Friday 6th June 2025 (midnight CET)

With the virtual place you have access to lectures and virtual labs tour, colored in light blue in the programme. You will also be able to work with the python simulation codes of the Hands-on simulation session on your own computer. A zoom channel will allow real-time interactions with the teachers.

Accommodation and travel

Attendees will be expected to fund and arrange their own travel and accommodation. Details of nearby accommodation will be shared soon.
