Eurobeat Mode respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app uses, what may be sent to service providers, and what choices you have.

## Summary
- **Driving and music features** (location speed, playlists, playback) are designed to run **on your device**. We do not receive your GPS routes, song files, or playlist contents on our own servers.
- **Analytics and subscription services** send **limited, pseudonymous** data to **Google (Firebase / Google Analytics)** and **RevenueCat** so we can understand app usage, measure ad campaigns, and manage Pro subscriptions.
- We **do not sell** your personal information.

## Information the app accesses on your device

We **do not** use the device accelerometer for triggering in current versions of the app.

## Information stored on your device
The following stays on your phone unless you uninstall the app or clear app data:
- Settings (sensitivity, car profile, units, etc.)
- Chill and Eurobeat playlists and local audio file references
- Driving / activation stats and history
- Subscription state cached locally for app features
Your music files remain in app storage or locations you chose when importing; we do not upload your music library to our servers.

## Information collected by third-party services
When you use the app, certain data is transmitted to service providers that help us operate, measure, and monetize the app. This may include **pseudonymous identifiers** (which can be personal data under privacy law even if we do not know your name).
If you are in the UK, EEA, or other regions with privacy rights, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Contact us at the email above and we will respond within a reasonable time.
**Legal bases (EEA/UK):** processing on-device features under **contract** (providing the app); analytics and ad measurement under **legitimate interests** (improving and promoting the app); subscriptions under **contract** and legal obligations.

Google and RevenueCat may process data in countries outside your own (including the United States). They use appropriate safeguards as described in their policies.

Eurobeat Mode is **not intended for children under 13** (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
