Transfer Policy

1) You may transfer your product license if the product has a whitelist.

2) The license can only be transferred once.

3) If the transfer was denied by one of our SHRs (Senior High Rank), the product will be transferred back to the original owner/the transfer will be canceled.

4) Please tell us politely and clearly that you would like us to transfer the product after you open the ticket if you need to transfer the product, otherwise, we may mistakenly close the ticket as a "drama ticket".

5) You will need to provide us the following information about the transfer:

6) You need to invite the person you want to transfer to our Discord server, the transfer will start when the the person you want to transfer to is in our Discord server.

7) If, 14 days after opening a ticket regarding a product transfer and receiving approval, the recipient has not joined our Discord server, the ticket will be closed and the transfer will be automatically canceled.

8) The reason "Vendr/Parcel is linked with other discord accounts that you are logged out but cannot log in" is NOT  a valid reason to get the transfer approved, please contact Vendr/Parcel Support to relink your account or try logging in that account, instead of arguing with our staffs in the ticket.
