Tryout Application and Parent Consent Form MUST be fully completed on or before Tuesday, April 1st in order to be eligible to try out for Eureka Cheer. 

Applicants should make every reasonable effort to have Teacher Recommendations submitted by Friday, April 4th.

Teacher Recommendation Reminders:

• Students must send to 4 CURRENT core subject teachers.

• Please be courteous and respectful when requesting these recommendations.

• Elective/Support Staff recommendations will not be considered.

• Any recommendations that do not follow these requirements will not be counted, and therefore will negatively impact your tryout score.
