Bio

Eun Seok Choi is currently an associate professor in the College of Medicine at Chungnam National University since 2018.  

As a orthopaedic surgeon, his subspecialties are musculoskeletal tumor and pediatric orthopaedics.

He has been a visiting professor in the department of physics at KAIST(Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) from 2021 to 2022.

He has been an assistant professor in the  Dept. of Orthopaedic Surgery at Gachon University from 2014 to 2017. 

From 2013 to 2014 he has been a clinical fellow at Seoul National University Children's Hospital(Pediatric Orthopaedic division). 

From 2012 to 2013, he has been a clinical Fellow at Seoul National University Hospital(Musculoskeletal Tumor division).

He received his Ph.D in Medicine at Gachon University in 2017. 

Thesis: Development of a heat labile antibiotic eluting 3D printed scaffold for the treatment of osteomyelitis. 

He received his M.S of Medicine at Gachon University in 2008.

He earned his Doctor of Medicine at Gachon University in 2004.
