I am a Health Researcher at Mathematica. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Southern California and my undergraduate degree from Korea University. My primary research interest includes the impact of policy changes on health care access, quality, and cost, with a specific focus on vulnerable populations, such as children, the elderly, the uninsured, low-income people, and people with disabilities. At Mathematica, I work on projects related to Medicare, Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and disability policies (click here for more information).
