Welcome to my webpage!
I am a Researcher at Mathematica Policy Research. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Southern California and my undergraduate degree from Korea University. My primary research interest includes the impact of policy changes on access, quality, and cost in large healthcare systems, with a specific focus on vulnerable populations, such as children, the elderly, the uninsured, low-income people, and people with disabilities. At Mathematica, I work on projects related to Medicare, Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and disability policies (click here for more information).
