FAQs

Question 1: How long does it take to receive books?

Answer: Books are usually sent within one (1) week of book request form submission.

Question 2: Is the EULA Program a free resource for books or do you pay into the program for books?

Answer:  There is no cost to daycare facilities or organizations to receive books. Dream Ellison is a woman owned small business and service disabled veteran owned small business supporting other small businesses or non-profit organizations.

Question 3: How often can my facility receive books?

Answer: The EULA Program can donate books to the same organization once in a two (2) year time period.

Question 4: How do I contact a EULA Program Representative?

Question 5: How do I request books?

Answer: Requests can be submitted using the book request form located below or use the "Contact Us" button to submit an inquiry to the EULA Program.
