This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the developer of (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal and lawful purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for unlawful or prohibited purposes
• Attempt to bypass technical or security measures
The App, including all related intellectual property rights, is owned by the developer. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. Subscription
To manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal:
1. Go to setting > iTunes And AppStore
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
3. Tap view Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Tap the subscription you want to manage.
6. Use the options to manage your subscription.
5.1 Subscription Info
1. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
2. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of current period. You can turn off the auto-renew subscription from iPhone Settings.
3. Account will be charges for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of renewal.
4. Subscription may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going the user's Account Setting after purchase.
-Fees and Subscription Terms
Please note that if you have purchased the subscription through Apple iTunes or Application application, the following conditions apply for:
• Confirm Subscription: Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Manage Subscriptions: Users can manage or unsubscribe in iTunes & App Store account management in the phone system settings.
•Auto-renewal: Apple iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. To cancel the renewal, please turn off auto-renew manually at least 24-hours before the end of the period. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
•Free trial: Free trial (if any) will automatically renew the premium version after expiration. You can cancel the renewal by going to the Account Settings before the trial ends. If you pay to subscribe to the premium version before the trial period ends, the current trial will end automatically.
You acknowledge that, if we change the Fees, this will not affect your existing subscription, therefore, if you have signed up for subscription at a certain Fee, any Fee changes will not affect any current subscription or any Renewals.
All photos and videos accessed through the App remain your property.
The App accesses media only to provide gallery viewing and organization features.
We do not claim ownership of your content and do not store or transmit it.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
We may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies of it.
The App may interact with services provided by Apple or other third parties. Use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This Agreement is between you and the developer, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
To the extent permitted by law, Apple shall have no warranty obligation with respect to the App.
