This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Ankita Rupareliya (“Company”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Photo Compressor・Reduce Size mobile application (“App”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Download
Install
Use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control
This license is subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
Copy or modify the App
Reverse engineer or decompile
Resell or redistribute the App
Use the App for unlawful purposes
The App, including:
Software
Design
Logos
Trademarks
Content
is owned by Ankita Rupareliya and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You do not acquire ownership rights by using the App.
The App allows you to compress and resize photos stored on your device.
Important:
All image processing occurs locally on your device.
We do not store, upload, or access your photos.
You retain full ownership of your photos.
You are solely responsible for the content you process using the App.
The App uses third-party services including:
Google AdMob (advertising)
Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)
These services may collect anonymous data and device identifiers as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices.
On supported iOS versions, we may request permission to track your activity across apps for advertising purposes.
You may decline tracking at any time in:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
Declining tracking will not prevent you from using the App.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
The App will be error-free
The App will be uninterrupted
The compression results will meet all expectations
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ankita Rupareliya shall not be liable for:
Data loss
Device damage
Loss of profits
Indirect or consequential damages
arising from use or inability to use the App.
We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination:
Your license to use the App ends immediately.
We may update or modify the App at any time.
We may also update this Agreement. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of:
INDIA
without regard to conflict of law principles.
This Agreement is between you and Ankita Rupareliya, not Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for:
The App
Maintenance or support
Warranty claims
Legal claims related to the App
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
