This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Image to PDF Converter (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store terms.
You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass security or technical restrictions
The App and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the developer. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the App to you.
Any images or files you process using the App remain your property.
The App processes all files locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not store or transmit it.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
We may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies of it.
The App may interact with services provided by Apple or other third parties. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the INDIA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This Agreement is between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
