This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Ankita Rupareliya (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the mobile application Simple Calculator: All in one (the “App”) available on the Apple App Store.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree NOT to:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the App
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your license.
The App, including all content, features, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Ankita Rupareliya and is protected by intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not grant you ownership rights to the App.
The App provides calculation tools including (but not limited to):
BMI calculations
Loan & EMI calculations
VAT/GST calculations
Salary calculations
Currency conversion
Financial and percentage calculations
All results are provided for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee:
Financial accuracy for legal or tax filings
Medical accuracy for health-related calculations
Real-time accuracy of currency exchange rates
You are responsible for verifying results before making financial, medical, or business decisions.
The App is not a substitute for professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or tax).
The App may use third-party services such as analytics, advertising networks, or currency exchange APIs.
We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.
We may:
Update the App
Modify features
Add or remove functionality
Fix bugs or improve performance
We are not obligated to provide continuous updates or support.
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
We may terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy
Non-infringement
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ankita Rupareliya shall not be liable for:
Financial losses
Business losses
Medical issues
Data loss
Indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ankita Rupareliya from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of this Agreement
Misuse of calculation results
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of INDIA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This Agreement is between you and Ankita Rupareliya, not Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for:
The App
Maintenance or support
Warranty claims
Legal claims
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it.
