End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Ankita Rupareliya (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the Voice Recorder:Recorder mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for unlawful or prohibited purposes
Interfere with the App’s functionality or security
The App allows you to record and store audio files.
All recordings are stored locally on your device
You retain full ownership of your recordings
We do not access, store, or share your audio files
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and any content you record, including compliance with applicable laws (such as recording consent laws).
The App may use third-party services such as:
Google Firebase
Google AdMob
These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party networks. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
The App will meet your requirements
Any defects will be corrected
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including laws related to audio recording and privacy.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
