This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Asmita Patel ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of Parallel Space - Dual Account ("Application" or "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.
This EULA applies to the use of the Application on:
iOS devices
The Application is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Asmita Patel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Application. Asmita Patel reserves all rights not expressly granted in this EULA.
You agree NOT to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Application
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Application
Transfer, assign, or sublicense your license rights to any other person
Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Application
Use the Application to infringe the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Application
The Application and all copies thereof are proprietary to Asmita Patel and title thereto remains in Asmita Patel. All applicable rights in copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, trade names, patents, and other intellectual property rights in or associated with the Application are and will remain vested in Asmita Patel.
The Application, including but not limited to its code, graphics, user interface, design, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that the Application contains proprietary and confidential information belonging to Asmita Patel.
The Application may allow you to submit, upload, or share content, including:
Images and photos
You retain all ownership rights in the content you submit. However, by submitting content through the Application, you grant Asmita Patel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the Application.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant the license above. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
The Application may offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid features. These features are optional and are not required to use the basic functionality of the Application.
All payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through:
Apple App Store
Asmita Patel does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. Payment information is handled securely by the respective payment processors.
By purchasing a subscription or in-app purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store or payment processor:

Asmita Patel may from time to time provide updates, upgrades, bug fixes, patches, and other modifications to the Application ("Updates"). Updates are considered part of the Application and subject to this EULA.
The Application may automatically download and install Updates. By using the Application, you consent to such automatic Updates.
Asmita Patel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice.
This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Application and continues until terminated.
You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the Application from your devices.
Asmita Patel may terminate this EULA immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Application for:
Violation of this EULA
Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
Non-payment of applicable fees
Any reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination:
All rights granted to you under this EULA will immediately cease
You must stop using the Application and delete all copies
Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
The Application may include or integrate with third-party services, including:
Firebase (Google)
RevenueCat
Firebase Crashlytics
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Asmita Patel is not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of any third-party services.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Asmita Patel DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS
Asmita Patel DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
The Application will meet your requirements
The Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from the Application will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the Application will be corrected
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Asmita Patel BE LIABLE FOR:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of the Application
Any damages resulting from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Application
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF Asmita Patel SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Asmita Patel and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
Your use of the Application
Your violation of this EULA
Your violation of any rights of a third party
Any content you submit through the Application
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be resolved in the courts located in India.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Asmita Patel regarding the Application and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of Asmita Patel to enforce any right or provision of this EULA shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer this EULA without the prior written consent of Asmita Patel. Asmita Patel may assign this EULA without restriction.
Asmita Patel reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
Posting the updated EULA within the Application
Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
Sending you a notification through the Application
Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
