This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Ankita Rupareliya (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the mobile application PDF Compressor (the “App”) made available through the Apple App Store.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Interfere with the App’s security or functionality
Any violation may result in termination of this license.
The App, including its design, features, software, trademarks, and content, is owned by Ankita Rupareliya and protected by intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the App.
The App allows users to compress PDF files.
You are solely responsible for:
The documents you upload or process
Ensuring you have the legal right to use those files
Verifying the accuracy and integrity of compressed files
We are not responsible for:
Loss of file quality
Corruption of files
Loss of data
Business or financial damages resulting from file use
Always keep backup copies of important documents.
The App is a file compression utility tool only.
It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
The App may use third-party services such as:
Analytics providers
Advertising networks
We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies.
If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases:
Payments are processed through Apple.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not store payment information.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice.
We are not obligated to provide ongoing maintenance or support.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Merchantability
Non-infringement
Accuracy
Uninterrupted operation
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ankita Rupareliya shall not be liable for:
Data loss
Business interruption
Financial loss
Indirect or consequential damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must delete the App from your devices.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of INDIA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This Agreement is between you and Ankita Rupareliya, not Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for:
The App
Maintenance or support
Warranty claims
Legal claims
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce this Agreement.
