This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and the developer of All Document Reader & PDF (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding your use of the mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible Apple iOS devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal and lawful purposes only, including:

• Viewing documents

• Managing files

• Reading supported file formats

• Accessing app features provided within the App

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Interfere with the App’s operation or security

• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

4. User Content and Files

The App may access files stored on your device to provide document viewing and management features.

Your files remain under your control. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for the files and content you access or share using the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services, including:

• Firebase Analytics

• Google AdMob

These services may collect limited data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, logos, graphics, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without prior notice.

Updates may be required for continued use of certain features.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation

• Error-free performance

• Compatibility with all devices

• Availability at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Data loss

• Device issues

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of profits or business interruption

• Issues arising from third-party services

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate this Agreement.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Apple App Store Terms

This Agreement is between you and the developer, not Apple Inc.

Apple is not responsible for:

• The App

• Maintenance or support services

• Claims related to the App

You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
