Auto Renewing Subscriptions

Following terms apply for auto-renewing subscriptions completed in our iOS Apps:

·       A free trial period is available

·       The payment charges will be cut off from the iTunes account at confirmation of purchases.

·       After the free trial period, the subscription will automatically renew paid subscription unless you are not turned off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period.

·       You can cancel your subscription anytime by turning off the auto-renewal option from the setting.

·       Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

·       The cost depends on the selected plan.

1 Week subscription

Subscription at 6.99 US$ per week, auto-renewable.

2 Month subscription 

Subscription at 9.99 US$ per month, auto-renewable.

3 Year subscription (in this plan we provide 50% off).

Subscription at 29.99 US$ per year, auto-renewable.

General 

Screen recorder App respects your rights and expects that you respect those screen recording videos, its artists, advertisers and third parties. This includes respecting the right to privacy, corporate intelligence and business secrets and intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, copyrights, trade names. You agree not to use the Services to commit or promote, enable or facilitate unlawful or criminal acts or violations of these Terms of Service or facilitate or promote others to do so.

 As a condition to make use of the Services you agree not to use:

·       features child pornography

·       is obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, profane, indecent, discriminating, threatening, abusive, harmful, lewd, vulgar, or unlawful

·       promote racism, violence or hatred

·       are factually inaccurate, false, misleading, misrepresenting or deceptive

·       you don’t have the right to copy and/or transfer

·       infringe, violate or misappropriate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, including data protection rights, and/or any other kind of rights

·       infringe on or violate any applicable law or regulation

In addition, you agree not to:

·       abuse, harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, commit violence, or otherwise act unlawful, or encourage anyone else to do so access any non-public areas of the screen recorder websites or Services

·       interfere with any access or use restrictions

·       use any data mining or data gathering or extraction methods, or otherwise collect information about the users of our Services; 

·       send viruses, worms, malware, ransomware, junk mail, spam, chain letters, phishing mails, unsolicited messages, promotions or advertisements of any kind and for any purpose; 

·       interfere with, damage or disrupt the Services or act in a way that may do so; 

Violation of the Terms of Service 

Screen recorder - record it reserves the right to investigate, provide to third parties, (temporarily) block and/or remove, without warning, any Content and/or accounts or to block anyone from accessing any part of the screen recorder websites or Services, when screen recorder ascertains, at their own discretion or after receiving substantiated and valid complaints, that you violate these Terms of Service or act in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Personal data we use

While using Our Service, we may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not sensitive type of personal data:

·       Email address

·       Used device information, IOS version, device unique id

·       Caller id whether a call is active and the remote number is connected by a call

·       Mobile operating system and the type of browser you use
