ANR QUEST: Quantum and ensemble controllability in small times

The scientific objectives of the project focus on the study of controllability properties of several PDEs such as Schrödinger, wave and transport equations, with geometric methods involving Lie bracket techniques and actions of diffeomorphisms groups on densities. 

Some applications are the optimal control of quantum mechanical systems and the universal approximation of deep neural architectures with large ensembles of data.
