Our project´s result is an activity book on the subject of environmental protection for children with and without special needs, aged 10-13 years. The young readers will be actively introduced to the increasingly dangerous climate change and its consequences through fun mini-games and easy-to-understand factual and informational texts and tasks. It is characterized by the fact that it offers material at different levels so that children with and without special needs can work together on a topic. All children, regardless of whether they have special needs or not, have the opportunity to make their personal contribution.

We have already tested the Activity Book in two classes as part of a workshop. Once in year 5 and once in year 6. It was very exciting for us to change the perspective and teach the younger ones something.

The work with the children was enriching, but also challenging in some situations.

The feedback was very positive and for us as young “teachers” very helpful and fun to implement.

After evaluating the feedback from the students, the teachers and the writers, we believe that our workbook has achieved its goal and will achieve it again in the future.
