ETZ.soft ("us", "we", or "our") operates the following mobile application: "NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) pro" (the app). This app is provided by ETZ.soft and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, sharing, handling, use and disclosure of Personal Information and data if anyone decided to use our app.

Data collection

The app does not need any permissions and does not access any data stored on the device (except data saved by the app itself).

The app does not need nor access any personal or sensitive user data. 

The app does not collect any data from the user. The app does not collect any user input into the app. ('Collect' means transmitting data from the app off a user’s device)

There is also no ephemeral processing. (Processing data 'ephemerally' means accessing and using it while the data is only stored in memory and retained for no longer than necessary to service the specific request in real time.)

Data sharing

The app does not share any personal or any other data. The app does not share any user input or any data saved by the app. ('Sharing' refers to transferring user data collected from your app to a third party).

Data handling

All user input data and any data saved by the app are stored locally on the device in private database.

Exporting and Sharing stored app data

If user decides to export or share saved data generated and saved by the app - i.e. sending saved scores over email or phone, or exporting it into text editor, etc. The app collects and shares user personal information if required for such action - i.e. personal email, phone number, etc.  

Other apps and data disclosures

The app is maintained through Google Play developers console. During the app maintenance the app info, performance, device or other IDs, error logs and other non personal data could be shared or collected. 

The collected data are used for maintenance, correction of runtime errors, improving the app functionality, etc. The data will not be used or shared with anyone.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
