Mediawise with Tools

When you start an eTwinning project, you usually have a clear idea of the activities that will be carried out together by the pupils of the different class groups. To make it easier for these enthusiastic teachers, we list here a number of tools that can easily be used during an eTwinning project.

We divide the tools by type. Some tools offer a nice methodology to get acquainted, others facilitate collaboration, and still others are suitable for presentations. We hope that teachers feel supported and that they choose the right tools for their next eTwinning projects in a mediawise way.

Because our target group is very broad (from novice eTwinners to eTwinning ambassadors), we choose to assign a degree of difficulty to each tool:

• * = this is an easy to use tool that is very intuitive to use.
• ** = for this tool you have to go through a number of actions before you can start working with it.
• *** = this tool is not immediately deployable. You may even need to work your way through it in order to be able to use it meaningfully in your project.
