Polish students mobility in Greece

In May 2026 eight Polish students visited Greek school in Athens (7th Primary School of Argyroupolis) to work on the project, to know each other better and to know the Hymettus Mountain on their own as well as the capital of Greece - Athens.

They were very happy with the time spent together with Greek students: a trip to Hymettus Mountain and workshops with the firefighters brigade, a trip to Acropolis, where they could experience the ancient history of Greece, time spent at school on project activities and learning Greek language.

Students have made friends, talked in English and got to know Greek school life.

Aee what Polish students have written about the mobility in Greece:
I really enjoyed how the trip was organised, the various excursions, the great atmosphere, and the dedication of the ladies who looked after us there. I’ll definitely remember the Greek words I learnt and the Greek school, where the atmosphere was brilliant; I made lots of great friends with whom I could have a lovely chat.

The best bits were the swimming pool and the food, and the sunset was absolutely stunning – the views I saw were amazing. In my opinion, it was great; everyone was lovely ;). Thank you 🫰

It was brilliant and, in my opinion, nothing needs changing.

One of the things I liked most and will remember is chatting with the children from Greece and receiving small gifts from some of them. This trip was brilliant and I’ll remember it.

What I liked best was the trip to the mountains and meeting new people.

I really enjoyed the trip and would love to do it again. I made lots of friends there and am still in touch with some of them. I became more confident speaking English; what I liked best was visiting the Acropolis and the Greek school. In my opinion, the length of the trip should be extended because it flew by so quickly, and it was wonderful!

I really enjoyed everything about the trip. I got to see what school is like in Greece, try new flavours and visit some beautiful places. Visiting the Acropolis in Athens really stuck in my memory; it made a big impression on me. I made new friends, especially a girl called Iliana. At the end, we swapped phone numbers, and she also gave me a farewell gift. The trip will be unforgettable.

What I enjoyed most was exploring Athens and the lessons at school. It would have been great if we could have spent more time on the beach.
