Overview. Etsy Insight AI ("the extension") analyzes publicly visible content on Etsy pages you choose to visit. All analysis is performed locally in your browser.

Data we do NOT collect. We do not collect, store, or transmit your browsing history, page contents, search queries, analytics, cookies, or any personal data. The extension makes no requests to Etsy servers and includes no trackers, ads, or third-party analytics.

Data stored on your device only. Settings, analysis history, and market scan results are stored locally in your browser (Chrome storage and IndexedDB). This data never leaves your device and is permanently removed when you uninstall the extension.

Pro subscription data. If you purchase a Pro subscription, PayPal processes your payment under PayPal's own privacy policy — we never see your payment details. To activate Pro, the extension sends your license key to our license server (hosted on Google Apps Script), which returns the email and expiry date associated with your subscription. Your PayPal email address is used exclusively for subscription verification and renewal. It is never sold, shared, or used for marketing.

Data sharing and sale. We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties, and we do not use data for any purpose unrelated to the extension's single purpose.

Security. License verification requests are transmitted over HTTPS.

Your rights. You may request deletion of your license record at any time by emailing infoswebfast@gmail.com. Local data can be deleted by clearing the extension's storage or uninstalling it.

Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL before taking effect.

3. Where to host it (fastest: 2 minutes)

1. Go to sites.google.com → New site → paste the policy → Publish → copy the link.

2. Paste that link into the Privacy policy URL field in the Chrome Web Store dashboard.

Once both are filled in, the "developer has not provided any information" warning disappears from your listing and is replaced by a "Data safety" box showing exactly what you declared — which, for this extension, is one of the cleanest possible profiles.
