I was intrigued so had a quick look on my Android mobile in the browser and agree, I can not find how you would report a shop using a mobile so perhaps someone more knowledgeable can help or maybe it is desktop/laptop only.

Since IPad works on Apple IOS which is similar to android. The only main difference is that Apple IOS is closed source unlike android. Since it is Android like the mobile site is what appears rather than the web version.

I'm happy for you that you found a work around, however the problem is not Etsy, but the device you are using. My other device is Android and it defaults to the mobile site now and not the web version. I don't use to work from so I am okay with the mobile version.

@PrettyVagrant It's most likely a device issue not an etsy issue. At one point when you first installed the app the mobile device likely asked you how you wanted to view things from that site...in the app, on browser or elsewhere. You either selected the app or apple automatically defaults to that. At least that's how it has always worked for all of my android devices. (I went android years ago so can't quite remember apple ios exactly) Either way it's the device not etsy.

I've rearranged my listings as I want to for desktop/browser view. But recently I noticed when viewing on mobile phone...the order is totally different and doesn't match what I have for desktop at all. Has anyone else noticed this? Does anyone have a solution?

Cappuccinolace - and now you see the problem!! I HAVE moved it..... there is no way of moving the sections on the upside down mobile view, believe me I've tried. The view is correct on laptop where there is the opportunity of using 'custom view' but even then it is impossible to move the left hand list of sections around, Christmas just stays at the bottom - how do I make it come to the top permanently on the app? And is the app the white symbol or the orange, I have both? I'm assuming white is for sellers and orange for buyers?

Is this even an option? I want to create shop sections on mobile but I can't see an option for it. Tried to Google it but no helpful answers. I don't have an access to a pc so I'm really trying to figure this out.
