About the Series:
Our I AM (Interdisciplinary Addiction Medicine) Project ECHO aims to improve access for patients suffering from OUD. We will focus on providing learning around addiction/substance use disorders and the management of this complex set of diagnosis, including co-occurring diagnoses. Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) uses a hub and spokes learning collaborative model through a tele-education platform to share knowledge among specialists and community PCPs and fosters mentorship.
