Day 1: Nature/ Neighbourhood Walk to look for dots or circles 在户外/小区散步时寻找点点或圆圈

Take a chance to get some fresh air with your child by going on a nature or neighbourhood walk.

Look for dots and circles in the environment by supporting your child to identify them!

Research has shown that children need at least 1 hour of outdoor time daily. So take this time to clock your steps with your child!

Snap images of these dots and circles during your walk of it for revisiting at home.

You can take your child to a nearby playground or park for a walk to expend some energy. Help your child to create dots and circles with natural materials. If there is a sand pit, invite the child to pick up sticks and attempt to make circles in the sand using the stick. You can arrange dried leaves in a circle as well!

How can you work with your child?

Invite your child to pick up a disposable plate. Demonstrate to your child how you would design a paper plate.

Let your child work on as many plates as possible using the colouring materials.

Day 3 & 4: Creating my own DOT Gallery 制作自己的点点画廊
What do you need?

Artefacts that have been created over the week (actual or images) 过去一个星期所制作的作品 （物品或图片）

It is your child's time to shine! Work with the child to place artifacts in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Bearing in mind
All artifacts must be able to be seen
There is a walkway between the artifacts for easy viewing

Your child is the star of the show, share in advance what a ribbon cutting ceremony looks like. You may want to refer to this video.
