Share the story with your child. Paying close attention to what your child is drawn to. It could be colours or shapes or emotions felt in the story.

Invite child to create as many dots as possible based on the variations of the book, drawing attention to what your child was drawn to. He/she can create dots in his/her favourite colour, or visually represent what a happy or sad dot looks like.
邀请孩子根据图书里的不同样式制造各种各样的点点，注意观察孩子们被什么所吸引。他/她可以用他/她最喜欢的颜色创造点，或者直观地呈现出一个快乐或悲伤的点是什么样子。例如什么样的颜色或大小如何等等。

Start putting the dots together on a mobile by cutting out the dots and hanging them on a stick or hoop you can find around the house.

Invite your child to create dots on concrete ground surface using chalk.

Play 'The Dot Song' as the child gains inspiration and creates dots on the ground.

Invite child to take pictures of the dots he/she has created. Exploring different angles and points of view.

Day 4: Making a Colour Wheel 制作彩色轮
What do you need?

A circular paper 圆形纸
Washi tape (can be removed)/white tape 和纸胶带（可以剥下）/白色胶带
Paint 颜料
Loose parts such as bottle caps, wrappers and small toys 零件，例如瓶盖，包装纸和小玩具

How can you work with your child?

Begin by taping washi tape to segregate segments on the circular paper. You may wish to let your child have a hand in sticking the tape.

Encourage your child to paint each segment according to the picture on the left. This is a perfect time to teach your child about colours.

Allow your colour plate to dry. You can speed up the process by using a hair dryer. It will be a fun experience for your child to hear the sound and feel the heat of the hair dryer.

Demonstrate to your child how you can sort the loose parts and attach them to the appropriate segment on the circular paper.
