• Settlement Assistance
• English Language Training
• Immigration Consulting

These services can be offered in English, French, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and Romanian.

This centre offers free ESL classes for any adult that applying for residency in Canada or are previous residents. They Provide:

• Family classes (children can come)
• Literacy classes
• Computer skills course and Business classes
• Bilingual programs (First language is used to help teach English)
• Preparation classes for citizenship
• Conversation

Classes are at Thursdays 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.

LINC provides assistance for newcomers and helps with learning English. Classes are available all year. They offer both full-time and part-time classes. Care for newcomer Children is given for kids ages 19 months to 6 years.
