Cancellation  of guaranteed   reservations must  be made in writing delivered  or  email  24hrs prior  to the  date of  arrival.

Any reservations that are not within the specified time are subject to a one night “no show” charge 

Cancellation or amendment on guaranteed reservations must be made in writing, delivered or email within the time periods.

The Cancellation fee for Rego is  $20

Check-in & check out times is at 14:00hrs and 12:00 hrs. respectively

Late check- out service is only given upon room availability and there will be a 50% surcharge of the room rate, for the extended check out before 18:00 hrs. And 100% surcharge afterthe specified hour.

Shuttle services will be provided to and from the airport upon the request free of charge. 

The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement in an event that the client fails to Comply with any terms of the above-mentioned conditions.
