Ana is Course Leader for MA VR at London College of Communication where she teaches VR content creation and immersive storytelling. She has a PhD in Human Computer Interaction and MA in media and communication science (TU Ilmenau, Germany) and has researched principles for VR design for training and education purposes. Ana has done research on the role of mobile-based VR technology in school education, with apps such as Google Expeditions. She has collaborated with the Open University on a project on creating empathy through 360-degree films for school children.
She has given talks on the ethics of VR, future of VR, and methods for 360-degree filmmaking at Aesthetica Short Film Festival (2018, 2019), she has organised the ethics workshop in at IEEE VR 2019 and is VR judge at Aesthetica Short Film Festival and the VR Awards since 2018.

Reese Muntean is a Ph.D. student at the School of Interactive Arts and Technology at Simon Fraser University. Her research interests include the collaborative development of ethnographic new media projects, including tangible computing, 3D scanning, and virtual reality applications. Her current work examines how virtual reality and 360° video can be used for cultural documentation and preservation and to communicate environmental sustainability. She has collaborated with communities in Canada and Thailand, as well as with the United Nations, to create interactive installations to convey values, cultural knowledge, and environmental issues.
