If you are located in the Central Columbus, Ohio area and are in need of transportation or delivery services simply send a text or email with the following information:

• If Passenger Pick Up, state how many Passengers

Payment
Forms of acceptable payment are Cashapp, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle and Cash. Cash or Cashapp is the preferred method and payment is required upfront upon arrival of driver.

In regards to Price Matching and Response time:
Text messages will be responded to as soon as they are received, but could take up to 90 minutes or more. Emails may take a little longer.

If in need of rapid passenger pick up it is okay to call to see if immediate service is available, but you will still need to text the information requested above.

Additionally, if this a scheduled pick up 20% is required upfront to hold the appointment and if you cancel, this amount will not be refunded.
