1. Organizing Company
The promotional action is promoted by Binance Investments Co., LTD, hereinafter “Binance”, with address at Office No. 22, Alpha Centre, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles (collectively, the “Organizers”).
2. Scope
The draw will be extended to the entire Spanish and Portuguese national territory, except for the extrapeninsular territory.
3. Duration
The draw will start on June 29, 2022 and will end on July 14, 2022.
4. Participation
Participants must be of legal age and residents of Spain and Portugal, except for the extrapeninsular territory. Only one entry per IP will be valid.

The participant exempts the Organizers from any responsibility for possible delays and/or in the event of any type of computer, transport or logistics incident (including but not limited to) that occurs in compliance with these legal bases, either by issues arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, force majeure, alarm states, site, exception, or similar situations, waiving any type of claim and/or compensation against the Organizers.
5. Winner
The winner will be chosen by random selection computer systems among all those who have completed the form in accordance with the established rules.
The winner's ID will be published on July 15, 2022 in the Binance Community Telegram group (@Binance_ESP).
The winner's decision will be final, and will not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or third party.
In the event that the winner is resident in an area where the tax regime is different, the payment of the corresponding taxes will be the responsibility of the winner.
The winner must respond to the communication of the resolution of the draw within a maximum period of ten (10) calendar days, otherwise the Prize will be declared void.
6. Prize
The prize is one Ethereum (ETH). The Prize is as indicated above and will not be substituted for money or any other alternative product. The prize is not transferable. The Organization reserves the right to substitute the prize for another product of equivalent economic value without prior notice. Binance will first inform the winner of the Prize.
7. Acceptance of the bases and responsibility
Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these general rules.
The Organization reserves the right to cancel the promotion for justified reasons, as well as modify these bases or those of the promotional action at any time or leave the Prize void. If this occurs, the participants will be duly notified by the same channel in which the action was carried out, with a reasoned explanation of the decision.
In the same way, the Organizers reserve the right to exclude those participants who violate the rules established in the bases or conditions whose behavior affects the normal development of the promotional action. As well as to disable those who act in an abusive or fraudulent manner.
The Organizers are exempt from liability if they cannot locate the winner for reasons not attributable to the company. The winner also exempts the Organization from liability for any damage that may arise from the use of the Prize awarded. 8. Personal data
For the purpose of conducting this giveaway, Binance will be independently responsible for different types of personal data of the contestants. Binance will independently define the purposes and means related to the processing of such personal data. Participants by participating in the draw express their consent for the processing of their personal data by the Organizers, for the prescribed purposes. The personal data collected in the promotional actions will be governed as established in the Privacy section of the Binance website, as well as in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (General Regulation of Data Protection), and in Law 34/1988, of November 11, General Advertising and LSSI (Law on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce).
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Promotion actions, as well as the bases that regulate them, are subject to Spanish legislation. Any dispute arising from them, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the Spanish courts will be competent.
